Berlin
It could only be Berlin couldn't it - what a mad life. One minute I am sailing in Long Island Sound and the next I am teaching in Berlin's top business school. What a privilege, even if it means I spent more time in the air than on the ground!!

Train Station
Long story but I flew out of Boston and had my first experience of American trains. Have to say I was very impressed on all fronts but it was the stations that blew me away. I guess the trains were the arteries of success as they opened up this great country and in that sense were revered. This is New Haven Station which isn't the biggest of places and yet the roof is amazing and above the seats are lovely models of various trains that trundle the tracks

Marina
Its not very often that we pop into Marinas but this is Pearl in Milford marina for I have to head off to Berlin to teach and Tracey likes to be tucked up somewhere nice and safe.

An early departure for Port Jefferson offered up a lovely sun rise silhouetting a nesting Osprey.

MOON
A picture will never do it justice but the moon when we got back to Pearl was amazing and we spent half an hour on the foredeck reveling in its reflection and being serenaded by the cicada's ashore.
